What's In a Name?


A2A Communications’ consulting goal is moving employees from simple awareness of an item to the point where they are ready to take necessary steps.  To do this, more and more interaction and employee involvement is required.  We work with our clients to deliver messages and media at the appropriate times throughout the communication campaign, based on where their employees fall in the awareness-to-action model.  As employees move along that continuum, communication approaches are adjusted.  For example, print media is often more effective to increase awareness of an issue, but an online communication may be necessary when an audience is ready to take action.
